Command a massive, walking dome city

ChromeDome is a persistent, multiplayer city-building and economic strategy game played entirely in your browser. You must manage production chains, trade on a player-driven market, and coordinate with other players to establish dominance over a persistent online world.


Core Gameplay Features

City  & Supply Chains

Build and optimize your city layout inside the tight constraints of a walking dome. Unlock and manage production lines, refining raw materials into high-tier technology, luxury goods, and armaments.

Market

Trade resources on a player-driven, real-time market. Prices shift based on supply and demand. Buy low, optimize your industry, corner the supply chains, and sell high to fund your city's expansion.

Cooperative & Challenging PvE

  • Defend the Dome: You are under constant attack, But at your own pace. Scan for monsters in the area before attacking.
  • World Boss Raids: Team up with the world to defeat massive roaming World Bosses.
  • The Swarm Event: Coordinate with your corporation to defeat increasingly procedurally generated stages.

Corporations & Tactical PvP

  • Territory Control: Claim regions on the global map to tax local trade and collect passive resource nodes.
  • Corporate Warfare: Join or form a Corporation, build defensive Beacons, and declare war on rival factions to seize control of vital regional structures.

Ascension & Rebirth

Once your dome reaches maximum level, execute a Rebirth. Reset your city in exchange for Chromium—a premium resource used to purchase permanent bonuses.

ChromeDome is actively developed with players, Community feedback being a driving force available in-game, and through discord. 


AI-Assisted Engineering Disclosure

Every system in ChromeDome — mechanics, features, balance, and art — is planned by a human developer first. AI agents execute those plans: writing the code, writing tests for that code, and running 30+ automated validation suites before anything reaches a human for review. Nothing ships without a human reading the code and testing it in-game. Some in-game artwork is AI-generated under the same human-directed process. This is not "vibe coded" — no code or art ships without someone who understands it checking it first.
